Growing up in Utah made it difficult to get to the real beach very often. We made it to Bear Lake every summer, but it doesn't have quite the same marine life as the ocean. Bergen has been
studying marine life for the last few months. We were able to go to the beach with the whole first grade and spend hour enjoying it.
It was so spend time with some of her friends. We saw crabs, clams, sea stars, sea cucumbers, sea
anemones, little jelly fish and lots of sea weed =)
Bergen also had crazy hair spirit day and she went for the spiky bangs and ponytail look. It was fun to see her with her hair up.
(That never happens.)

The beach is always grand, what a great field trip! For some crazy reason, Washington beaches don't quite look like California beaches, hmmm...
Excellent crazy hair there for Miss Bergen, and Ava's birthday festivities looked festive and fantastic!!
Bergen is looking so much older.
That is so great that your girls get to experience the beach.
My two little ones haven't seen the sea yet.
It was a big adjustment to live in the desert for us who both grew up very close to seawater, and we both miss the sea a lot.
